  • Group Sessions at the beginning of each month to help you feel supported, maintain accountability, and level up your growth and healing. 
  • Ongoing Text Support. Having coaching available to you, when you need it, is priceless. A coach in your pocket will help you navigate confusion, difficult conversations, and life’s curve-balls. 
  • Personal practice homework with each lesson includes embodiment activities, meditations, writing reflections, music support, and more! Time commitment is about 2-5 hours for each lesson.
